Exterier Email Exterier Email is a white finish coating for the protection of wood exposed to weathering and other external influences.white water-borne finish coatingprotects against weathering and other external influencesfilm preservative prevents the growth of mould and algae It provides efficient protection of wood against damp, UV radiation and other damaging effects of the environment. Also contains a film preservative that prevents the growth of mould and algae on the coat surface. Distinguished by its great whiteness, excellent coverage and resistance to adhesion (also suitable for building joinery).Available only in a white satin shade. UseTechnical data Informative calculation of consumption Material safety data sheets Technical documentation Before applying Exterier Email the surface must be suitably prepared. For quality wood protection we recommend coating with Impregnant (against pests) and Exterier Primer (wood base coating). For very knotty wood and wood containing tannin (oak, chestnut), we recommend 2 coats of Exterier Primer. Exterier Email must be mixed well before use. Dilution is unnecessary. Apply the coating with a brush or roller onto a dry, sanded and dust-free surface. The temperature of the surface, coat and surroundings should be above 10°C and relative air humidity below 80 %. Avoid coating in strong sunlight. Between individual coats the surface should be left to dry for at least 4 hours and sanded if necessary. The drying time is extended at lower temperatures and/or higher air humidity.Compostion: acrylic resins, weather-resistant pigments, film preservative, additives and water Coats: 2 coats (for good protection and a fine appearance before coating with Exterier Email apply 1–2 coats of Exterier Primer) Coverage: 1 l for 5–6 m2 of surface area in 2 coats, depending on the wood finish, method of application and coat thickness Drying: the coating is dry in 4–6 hours under normal conditions (20 °C, 65 % RH) Cleaning tools: use water and detergent Storage: Store in tightly sealed original packaging at a temperature of +5–30 °C. Must not freeze! Packaging units: 0.75 l, 2.5 l Surface area 0.09 m2Consumption l in one applicationThe calculation is informative.
