Belinka Perkemija

Belinka Perkemija, d.o.o. is one of the largest producers of peroxide compounds in Central Europe. Its primary products are hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), sodium perborate tetrahydrate, sodium perborate monohydrate and peracetic acid (Persan-S). Apart from these, the industrial gas carbon dioxide (CO₂) is a by-product in the production of H₂O_2.  Belinka Perkemija is an associate member of the Solvay Interox Group with a 20 per cent ownership stake in the company. 

The production capacity of hydrogen peroxide is 20,000 metric tons per year. The quality of H₂O₂ is equal to that of the largest world producers. With its capacity for the combined production of sodium perborate tetrahydrate and monohydrate Belinka Perkemija produces approximately 60,000 metric tons of NaPB per year. Its quality conforms to the requirements of the largest global producers of detergents such as P&G, Lever, Benckiser and Henkel.

Belinka Perkemija has obtained the ISO 9001 quality control certificate to control its business operations. In 2001 the company also obtained an environment treatment certificate according to the international standard ISO 14001.
